Mark has over 30 years of experience in Engineering Geology, tunnelling and geotechnical engineering. He has worked on numerous tunnel and underground projects in Asia. He has led various multidisciplinary teams in delivering various major infrastructure projects including road tunnels, rail tunnels and water tunnels in Hong Kong and the Philippines.

First Balfour

Malcolm has more than 30 years of commercial project management experience. Prior to joining First Balfour, he was the Regional Commercial Director for the Middle East, Indian and Indonesian Businesses of Balfour Beatty and Parsons Brinckerhoff. He was involved in the Alp Transit tunneling projects in Switzerland both in the tunnel construction for the Loetschberg Tunnel and the Rail Engineering works for the Gotthard Railway Tunnel.

Thomas has more than 35 years experience in project management, production, distribution and commercial management of companies in the Middle East and South East Asia.    

Together with the Bekaert Group, which are distributed in the Philippines by Maccaferri, various materials and systems for the tunneling industry are sold locally and supported by an engineering team.

Tito has over 30 years of business and management experience.    

He also served as President of the Philippine Constructors Association from 2008-2009. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the De La Salle University and has completed executive programs at the Asian Institute of Management and IMD.

Associate Director - ARUP 

Over the last 25 years James has worked in the tunneling industry predominantly in Hong Kong, with extensive knowledge in a range of tunneling methods through various geological conditions. Extensive explosive engineering experience predominately in an urban environment.

Currently acting as the Client Representative on a 7.4km Water aqueduct tunnel connecting La Mesa Reservoir and Balara Treatment Plant.
